Faye's Studio -Penryn

For reflexology and counselling sessions you can find Faye's studio in The Health Rooms at Jubilee Wharf in Penryn, Cornwall.

The building itself is on Commercial Road which leads into Falmouth or out toward Truro and the North Coast. You can park for free on this road for 1 hour on one side, and 2 hours on the other side. There is also a carpark on the harbour which has a fee up until 4pm.

Jubilee Wharf is a eco building which has been pitched right on the waters edge of Penryn river which boasts a gorgeous view of the mornings sunrise.

To find the studio, locate Jumbles Nursery which is beside Muddy Beach Cafe.

In the court yard of Jubilee Wharf, there is a set of stairs on the right which climbs above the nursery and leads to a door that says "Health Rooms" on it.

Through here you will find public toilets and "The Zed Shed". The Zed Shed hosts an array of activity including Thai Chi and Gong Baths.

Head to the right of the corridor and you will find a small waiting room outside Faye's studio.

She will come find you when she is ready.

Although the studio itself is cosy, contained and private, you may hear noises of other people using the building.

After your session there are various coffee shops you could enjoy, or maybe do some journaling on the Quay. There is also a lovely walk along the river toward Flushing you could do before heading home.

Jubilee Wharf has public toilets (including disabled and baby changing) as you enter the first floor.

A lift is accessible via Jumbles Nursery. Please let Faye know if you need assistance as she will be happy to assist with this.
